PLACEMENT OF ORDERS To offer your the highest level of quality food and service, Swirl Catering requires 24 HOURS NOTICE ON ALL ORDERS. All items ordered from the CANAPE CATERING MENU requires a weeks notice.
SAME DAY ORDERS We are happy to help with last minute catering but a 20% SURCHARGE will apply to the the invoice for same day delivery/pick up. Swirl Catering orders and prepares for catering functions at least the day before required, last minute orders add an expense as we have to make special arrangements with our suppliers to meet your needs.
ORDER CONFIRMATION Please note a web order is not a confirmed order until our catering manager has made contact with you to verify your requirements. This may be either by phone or email.
PAYMENT TERMS & OPTIONS 7 DAYS FROM INVOICE & We offer - cheque : visa : credit payments over the phone : direct credit.
we also offer amex: this attracts a 3% surcharge
GST is included in all prices quoted on the ordering pages
DELIVERY FEE is calculated according to suburb. It also includes the pick up of plates & equipment
DELIVERY TIMES while we endeavour to meet your delivery time, often across lunch periods it is impossible for us to be in more than one place at a time. we would rather be early than late .
LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged to the client at Swirl Caterings replacement or repair cost.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS All functions booked over the value of $1000 will require a 20% deposit for confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable if the function is cancelled within 3 workings days of the function date. |
